• They will ensure that services are provided in a safety-conscious environment.

• They have been in business as movers for at least two years.

• They must be incredibly friendly and customer service oriented.

• They have a business license & GST/HST registration and number

• They must have a strong testimonial history. A minimum of 4 stars out of 5 stars or better

• They must have a valid physical address even if their primary office is in their home

• They must have an insurance certificate showing a minimum of $1 million commercial general liability and a cargo limit of a minimum of $250,000 (proof of valid, sustained insurance will be required each year upon membership renewal)
