About Estimates

While we do our best to estimate your move cost, there are other factors beyond our control such as weather, construction, etc.

You will receive the most accurate quote by providing the most information. That doesn't mean we will ever provide a perfect price as every day and move is different, however, you will get as close to perfect as possible with the more information that is provided.

When we are providing a rough hourly estimate and size of crew/vehicles; the estimate may be significantly off if the information provided is not accurate or a full scope of work.

Each provider is entitled to charge additional fees if the scope of the work is not the same as outlined. This will mostly include an additional hourly fee after the time estimate has been exceeded as well as other fees based on information that may have not been shared.

An example of this would be a 3 Flight Walk-up that may not have been shared with our team. The additional hourly may apply if the time is exceeded as well as a stair fee.

Billing Information:

We charge a small booking deposit fee upfront to hold and secure your move.

The remaining balance is to be paid on delivery or invoiced.

Each provider is entitled to charge you the remaining balance agreed plus any other lawful charges related to your move. (Again this can include additional fees that were not shared with your move team.) It is the responsibility of your provider to ensure your move goes well and that is why we only work with trusted providers.
