FOR DESIGNERS & STAGERS
Movers for Home Stagers and Interior Designers
If you stage properties or design rooms for a living, this page is for you rather than for a household moving house. Staging and design work has a moving problem built into it: furniture has to arrive, be positioned exactly, be adjusted when the room says otherwise, and then be taken away again — often against a photography or a listing deadline.
Doing that with a rented van and whoever is available is how deadlines slip and how pieces get damaged. We do the moving so you can do the design.

How referrals work
One Call, and Your Client Is in Good Hands
What We Do for Designers and Stagers
- Collect furniture from a warehouse, a showroom or a supplier
- Deliver and position to your plan, room by room
- Rearrange existing furniture, and rearrange it again
- Move a client's own pieces out of the way and back
- Assemble and disassemble, including flat-pack and shelving
- Hang or place heavy mirrors, art and large pieces
- Strike the staging and return everything after the sale
What We Do for Your Client, Plainly
Much of a staging job is not your inventory at all — it is the homeowner's own furniture, and what happens to it while the property is on the market. That part is ours too, and it is worth being able to tell a client so:
- Their own furniture moved out of the way, into another room, the garage or a basement
- Surplus pieces loaded into a portable storage container or a storage unit, and unloaded again afterwards
- A room rearranged with what is already in the house, where that is the cheaper answer than staging it
- Individual pieces removed from the property, or delivered to it
- Small deliveries collected from a showroom, a supplier or a marketplace seller
- Furniture placed and set up in the new home once the property sells
- Donation drop-offs and removal of the pieces that are not going anywhere
Positioning, Not Delivering
The distinction matters. A delivery service puts a sofa inside the front door. We put it where the plan says, turn it three degrees when you look at it, and move it to the other wall when the light turns out to be wrong.
That willingness to move something twice is usually what stagers want from a moving crew and rarely get.
Protecting the Property as Well as the Pieces
A staged property is usually a property for sale, so a scuffed wall or a marked floor is a real cost. Floor protection goes down, door frames are padded on tight routes, and furniture is blanket-wrapped before it is carried rather than after.
The same applies to the inventory: your pieces come back in the condition they went out, which matters when you own them.
Working to a Photography or Listing Deadline
Give us the shoot date and we will schedule around it — including early starts and, where it is genuinely needed, out-of-hours work.
We will also tell you plainly if a timescale is not achievable, which is more useful than agreeing to it and arriving late.
What a Staging Job Includes
- Collection from your warehouse, a showroom or a supplier
- Blanket wrap, padding and straps on every piece
- Floor, doorway and stair protection in the property
- Placement to your plan, and adjustment on the spot
- Assembly, disassembly and heavy lifting
- The strike after the sale, and the return to storage
- Removal of packaging and packing waste

Questions Families Ask Us
Will you move pieces again once they are in the room?
Yes — that is rather the point. Design decisions get made in the room, and a crew that treats the first placement as final is not much use to a stager. Tell us the plan, and tell us when the plan changes.
Can you collect from our warehouse?
Yes. Give us the address, access arrangements and hours, and the list of pieces. If loading requires a dock or a lift, tell us so we send the right vehicle.
Do you handle the strike after the sale?
Yes, and it is worth booking both ends at once. Give us the likely strike window when you book the install and we will hold it provisionally rather than scramble later.
Do you hang art and mirrors?
We can place and hang large mirrors and art where it is a matter of weight and positioning. Anything structural, electrical or requiring a specific fixing into a specific wall is a trade job rather than a mover's, and we will say so.
Need the Lifting Handled?
Tell us the property, the plan and the deadline and we will schedule around your shoot.
