A few details is all we need to come back to you with something real.

A small office move is a business continuity problem wearing a moving problem's clothes. The furniture is the easy part; the risk is the day nobody can work, the file nobody can find and the phone nobody answers.

We move small offices, professional practices, clinics, studios and small teams — the size of job a commercial mover treats as an inconvenience and a residential mover has never done.

How it works

From Quote Request to Moving Day

Every move is different, so we confirm the scope before finalizing the plan. Here is what happens, step by step.
  1. Start

Tell us what you know through the quote form or a phone call. You do not have to know every detail before you start.

  2. Show Us

Send photos, a short video or a shared Drive folder, or book a virtual or in-home visit. Our emails guide you through what to send.

  3. Quote

You receive a written quote package to review and sign. Every move is different, so we confirm the scope before finalizing the plan.

  4. Move Day

A careful, methodical crew protects your home and belongings, with the day planned so nobody is rushing off to the next job.

Planning a Move Around a Working Week

Most small-office moves we do run outside business hours — an evening, a weekend, a statutory holiday — so the business closes on Friday in one place and opens on Monday in another.

That only works if the sequence is planned. What gets moved first is not what is easiest to carry; it is what has to be working first at the other end.

  • Workstations labelled to their destination position, not their origin
  • IT equipment kept together, packed last and unpacked first
  • Files kept in order and in sequence, boxed by drawer
  • Reception and client-facing space set up before back office
  • A defined "must work Monday" list agreed in advance

What We Handle and What Your IT People Should

We move, protect, dismantle and reassemble the furniture, and we transport computers, monitors and equipment carefully and keep them together by workstation.

We do not disconnect or reconnect networks, servers, phone systems or specialist equipment, and we will not pretend to. Have your IT support handle the disconnection and the reconnection; we will work to their schedule at both ends.

Buildings and Access on a Commercial Move

Commercial buildings have their own rules and they are frequently stricter than residential ones: booked service elevators, after-hours security access, loading-dock times, certificates of insurance and protection requirements.

Get us the building contact for both addresses and we will confirm all of it rather than turn up to a locked service door on a Saturday.

Confidentiality and Client Files

Practices with client records — legal, medical, accounting, therapeutic — have obligations about who can see and handle them. The simplest approach, and the one we recommend, is that files stay in locked cabinets or sealed boxes that your own staff pack and seal, and we move the container rather than the contents.

Tell us what needs that treatment and we will plan for it. We make no claims here about certifications or compliance programmes — we work to your requirements.

Questions Families Ask Us

How big an office can you move?

Small ones — a practice, a studio, a clinic, a team rather than a floor of a tower. If your move is larger than we can serve properly we will tell you rather than take it on and struggle.

Can you move us over a weekend?

That is how most small-office moves we do are scheduled. Both buildings need to permit weekend access and any service elevator has to be booked, so give us the building contacts early.

Will you disconnect and reconnect our computers?

No. We transport equipment carefully and keep it together by workstation, but network, server, phone and specialist equipment work belongs to your IT support. We will work to their schedule at both ends.

What about confidential client files?

The cleanest approach is that your staff pack and seal them — in locked cabinets or sealed cartons — and we move the container without handling the contents. Tell us what needs that and we will build it into the plan.
