The historic core has narrow streets laid out long before trucks, houses close to the road, short driveways and limited turning room. Peel, Huron and the streets off them need a look before a full-size truck is committed.

Highway 7/8 is the only real route in and out, and construction or an incident on it has no convenient alternative; we build a margin into arrival times rather than promise a minute.
Newer subdivisions on the town edges are easy for a truck but carry the usual long driveways and long front walks, and some townhouse blocks stop legal parking well short of the door.
Winter is a genuine factor — rural sightlines in blowing snow, and unshovelled walks and iced grades in town both slow a load noticeably.
