Terms & Conditions
These are Stallion Movers' Schedule A Terms and Conditions, and they form part of every booking.
Download Schedule A
You can read the full document before you book, and we would rather you did. It is the binding version of our terms.

Download the Bill of Lading
The Bill of Lading is the document you sign on site on moving day — it's where the crew records the job, any changes agreed on the day, and the final charges. This is a scanned blank copy, so you can see exactly what you'll be signing before moving day, with no surprises. It's separate from Schedule A: Schedule A is the binding terms of your booking, and the Bill of Lading is the paperwork completed and signed on the day.

What Schedule A Covers
This is a plain-language guide to what each part of the document is about — so you know what you are looking at. It sets out no terms itself.
- Booking and confirmationWhat has to happen for a move to be considered booked, and what each side is confirming when it is.
- Estimates versus final billingHow an estimate relates to the amount finally invoiced, and the circumstances in which the two can differ.
- Time and travelHow time on a job is measured and how travel to and from a move is treated.
- What is and is not coveredThe scope of the protection that applies to your belongings, and the categories that fall outside it.
- Items that cannot be movedThe categories of item Stallion cannot carry, for legal and safety reasons.
- Cancellation and reschedulingWhat happens if a booked move is cancelled or moved to a different date, by either side.
- ClaimsHow to raise a claim about loss or damage, and how a claim is handled once raised.
- PaymentHow and when payment is made, and what methods are accepted.
The downloadable document is the binding version
Nothing on this page is a term of your booking. The list above describes only what the sections of Schedule A are about, and it states no term, limit, fee, notice period or liability figure. Where anything summarised on this page differs from the downloadable document, the document prevails.
