More Than Moving. A Brighter Tomorrow.

A few details is all we need to come back to you with something real.
An estate move is a household move with the two hardest parts of it made harder: there is often a deadline set by a closing date, and the person whose belongings these are is not there to make the decisions.
It is also rarely one destination. Furniture goes to three different family members in two cities, some of it is donated, some is sold, and the rest has to be gone before the keys change hands.
We handle the logistics of that so an executor is not also a moving coordinator.
What an Estate Move Usually Involves
- Multiple destinations — family members in different households or cities
- A closing, listing or lease-end date that cannot move
- Furniture and effects that have to be identified and kept together
- Donation loads delivered rather than left in a garage
- Removal of the general contents nobody is taking
- A property handed back empty and swept
We Work to Your List, and We Do Not Adjudicate
Families do not always agree, and an executor is often standing between competing views. Our position is simple: we move what the list says, to the addresses the list gives, and we do not take a view on who should have what.
If the list changes, tell us. If it has not been settled yet, we can sequence the work so the undisputed items and the clearance happen first.
Working to a Closing Date
When the deadline is a real-estate closing, the sequence matters more than the speed. We work backwards from the handover: family collections and deliveries first, then donations, then the general clearance, then the final sweep.
Give us the date as early as you can. An estate clearance booked three weeks out is a planned operation; booked three days out it is whatever can be fitted in.
What We Can and Cannot Take Away
We can remove general household goods, furniture and the ordinary contents of a home, and deliver donation loads. We cannot take anything bug-infested, leaking or hazardous — fuel, chemicals, paint, propane and similar — and we will identify those so they can be dealt with properly.
We do not appraise, value, or advise on what anything is worth. If the estate needs that, it needs a valuer, not a mover.
What an Estate Move Can Include
- A walkthrough or photo review of the whole property, outbuildings included
- Packing of what is being kept or shipped to family
- Multiple deliveries to different family addresses
- Donation drop-offs
- Removal of remaining general household contents
- Furniture disassembly where destinations require it
- Final clearance so the property can be handed over empty and swept

What Families Tell Us
Brett and his team are always professional and caring, I feel as if they would treat each person they help move as their own Grandparent. They respect guidelines surrounding move times for our building, and make sure each piece they move is treated with care and concern.

I had Stallion Movers today to move my dad from his home to a retirement home and am so pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and friendliness. Brett and Mitch were so careful getting around the items that weren't being moved. They were very thorough and moved quickly. Also Wendy in their office was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and emails. I highly recommend them for any service you need that they provide. They came highly recommended so I didn't even get other quotes and that was the right decision. Thank you!

Wow. Excellent service, clean, professional, timely etc. We needed to move my mother to a senior's residence and her stuff. The residence recommended 2 services and I elected Stallion - possibly (likely) the other may be as good but Stallion were exceptional. I would highly recommend them for any move not just a senior transfer...

Great company, prompt and professional. I have used Stallion Movers twice to move my parents into retirement residences. They are professional, and super easy to deal with and understand and respect the protocols with senior residences. I highly recommend them.

Questions Families Ask Us
Can you deliver to several different addresses in one move?
Yes, and it is normal on an estate move. Additional stops affect the time and therefore the cost, so tell us how many destinations and roughly where, and your written quote will reflect it rather than surprise you.
Can you clear the house completely?
In most cases yes — general household goods and furniture removed, donations delivered, property left empty and swept. The exclusions are the hazardous categories, which we will point out at the walkthrough.
Do you appraise or value anything?
No. We are movers, not valuers, and we will not offer an opinion on what something is worth. If the estate needs valuations, arrange them before we clear the property.
The family has not finished deciding. Can we still start?
Usually yes. We can move and deliver the items nobody disputes and hold off on the rest, or sequence the clearance so the undecided items are the last thing touched. Tell us where the uncertainty is and we will plan around it.
Need an Estate Handled Properly?
Tell us the deadline and what the property holds, and we will give you a sequence and a written quote.
