Who We Share It With
We share your information only where it is necessary to do the work or to meet a legal obligation: for example with a building or retirement residence in order to arrange access, with a specialist subcontractor where part of your move requires one, and with the service providers who run our booking, email and accounting systems on our behalf.
Where a partner such as a retirement community or a realtor has referred you to us, we discuss your move with them only to the extent you have agreed.
How Long We Keep It
We keep quote and booking records for as long as we need them for business, accounting and legal purposes, and then dispose of them. Photographs and video sent for quoting purposes are kept only as long as they are needed for the quote and the move unless you have agreed otherwise.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, and withdraw your consent to being contacted for anything other than a booking you have made.
