STALLION SENIORS SERVICES
More Than Movers, When You Need More Than Movers
Most families organising a senior move end up managing four or five separate suppliers: a mover, someone to pack, someone to take the donations, someone to clear what is left, and whoever is going to put the bed together at the other end.
Stallion Seniors Services exists because that coordination is itself most of the work, and it lands on the person who has the least time to do it.
It is not a package you have to buy whole. It is a single point of contact for as many of the pieces as you want us to hold.
How it works
From Quote Request to Moving Day
Start
Tell us about the move, whether it is your own or a parent’s. You do not have to know every detail before you start.
Show Us
Photos, a video, or a virtual or in-home visit — whatever is easiest for the family. Our emails explain exactly what to send.
Quote
A written quote package the family can read together and sign. We confirm the scope before anything is finalized.
Move Day
A patient, methodical crew that works at a comfortable pace for the person moving, with the day planned so nobody is rushing.
The Pieces We Can Hold
- Planning — the sequence and the deadlines, worked backwards from the date
- Downsizing — sorting, measuring and deciding, at a workable pace
- Packing and labelling — all of it, or only the difficult rooms
- The move — with the residence's requirements already built in
- Assembly and disassembly of furniture at both ends
- Unpacking and put-away — things where they belong, waste taken away
- Donation drop-offs and removal of what nobody wants
- In-home moving, when the change happens inside one address
Why One Supplier Is Easier
When the packing, the move, the donation run and the setup are the same company's responsibility, nobody is waiting on anybody else and there is no argument about whose job the awkward item was. It also means one conversation about what is happening rather than five.
Just as importantly, the packing gets done with the new space in mind, because the people packing it already know what the suite measures.
How It Actually Starts
Send us photos or a video walkthrough of the home and, if you have it, the floor plan of the new suite. Tell us the move-in date and what is already decided.
We come back with a realistic plan: what we would do in what order, where we think you genuinely need help and where you do not, and a written quote. Then you decide how much of it you want us to hold.
What We Are Not
We are movers with a senior specialism, not a care provider. We do not provide personal care, medical support, nursing or companionship services, and we do not advise on care decisions or placements.
Where a family is working with a care manager, a social worker or a placement adviser, we are happy to work alongside them — and our senior care partners page is written for those professionals.
Send Us This and We Can Plan It
- Photos or a video walkthrough of every room, including basement and garage
- The new suite's floor plan or room dimensions
- The move-in date and any window the residence has set
- What the family has already decided to keep, give away or sell
- Anything you are worried about — an item, a stairway, a person
- Who our point of contact should be

What Families Tell Us
Brett and his team are always professional and caring, I feel as if they would treat each person they help move as their own Grandparent. They respect guidelines surrounding move times for our building, and make sure each piece they move is treated with care and concern.

I had Stallion Movers today to move my dad from his home to a retirement home and am so pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and friendliness. Brett and Mitch were so careful getting around the items that weren't being moved. They were very thorough and moved quickly. Also Wendy in their office was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and emails. I highly recommend them for any service you need that they provide. They came highly recommended so I didn't even get other quotes and that was the right decision. Thank you!

Wow. Excellent service, clean, professional, timely etc. We needed to move my mother to a senior's residence and her stuff. The residence recommended 2 services and I elected Stallion - possibly (likely) the other may be as good but Stallion were exceptional. I would highly recommend them for any move not just a senior transfer...

Great company, prompt and professional. I have used Stallion Movers twice to move my parents into retirement residences. They are professional, and super easy to deal with and understand and respect the protocols with senior residences. I highly recommend them.

Questions Families Ask Us
Do we have to take all of it?
No. Most families take some pieces and keep others themselves, and that is the point — you choose what to hand over. A common arrangement is that the family sorts and we do the packing, the move, the setup and the disposal.
Is this more expensive than booking a plain move?
More services cost more; the question is whether they cost more than doing them yourself in evenings and weekends, or than the extra hours a poorly planned move takes. Everything is priced and written down before you commit, so you can compare properly.
Do you provide any kind of care or personal support?
No. We are movers. We do not provide personal care, nursing, medical support or care advice, and we will not pretend to. Where you are working with care professionals, we will work alongside them.
Who is our point of contact?
One person for the family, agreed at the start. On a move with this many moving parts, relaying information between several people is where things get dropped.
